Il Palazzetto dello Sport “Corrado Roma”, abbreviato in PalaRoma, è la grande Arena di Montesilvano (PE).

Il PalaRoma fu costruito intorno al 1998. Il 19 dicembre 2004 il palasport di via Settimo Torinese, fu intitolato alla memoria di Corrado Roma, giocatore e coach di calcio a cinque in A1, ma anche imprenditore capace e padre esemplare.

A Montesilvano il PalaRoma non è l’unica struttura coperta, ma è di certo la più importante per il comune, ma anche per la regione, ma soprattutto per il futsal italiano. Nel 2011 in questa arena si è disputate le finali UEFA Futsal Cup, vinta dal Montesilvano Ca5 contro la fortissima Sporting Club de Portugal.

Il PalaRoma è un impianto interamente dedicato al futsal (o calcio a 5), con le sue tribune laterali in grado di ospitare una platea tipica dei grandi eventi.

Il parquet del terreno di gioco è perfetto; è possibile usare scarpe di gioco indoor ed outdoor con la stessa efficacia. Le vie di fuga rendono sicuro lo svolgimento della gara, salvaguardando la sicurezza dei giocatori in campo.

La struttura è dotata di un bar fornito, che accoglie gli ospiti e rende più piacevole la permanenza presso l’impianto sportivo.

The  sports hall “Corrado Roma”, abbreviated as PalaRoma, is the great Arena di Montesilvano (PE).

The PalaRoma was built around 1998. On December 19, 2004, the sports hall in via Settimo Torinese was named in memory of Corrado Roma, a soccer player and coach in five in A1, but also a capable businessman and exemplary father.

In Montesilvano the PalaRoma is not the only covered structure, but it is certainly the most important for the municipality, but also for the region, but above all for the Italian futsal. In 2011 the UEFA Futsal Cup finals were held in this arena, won by Montesilvano Ca5 against the very strong Sporting Club de Portugal.

The PalaRoma is a facility entirely dedicated to futsal (or 5-a-side football), with its side tribunes that can accommodate an audience typical of major events.

The parquet of the pitch is perfect; it is possible to use indoor and outdoor play shoes with the same effectiveness. Escape routes make the race safe, safeguarding the safety of the players on the field.

The structure is equipped with a bar, which welcomes guests and makes the stay at the sports facility more enjoyable.
